I absolutely love working through the night. I find it so much more relaxing and peaceful. The hustle and bustle of the day seems to go to sleep with the setting sun, leaving just a nice sweet peace behind for the evening.

Finding the time to work and write without a lot of interuptions isn’t always easy, especially if you have young children. My two kids are older now, one is grown and the other thinks he is. I am free to set my own sleep hours, which is wonderful. So I do just that. I sleep when I want to, and write when I want to.

Can you tell that I love working at home and love being a freelance writer?

I’ve even finally started gettting BlondieWrites moving online, something that’s been in the works for a while. BlondieWrites has been who I am for much longer than the length of time that I’ve owned the domain name. I’ve had people to comment to me that I am not a blonde. (No, I am not a blonde.) The *blondie* part is somewhat of a private joke among some friends about me. (I won’t go there.) It’s just a nickname that’s stuck with me for a long time, it’s who I am, and it’s what I do.

I am working on several projects, with some new ones on the table. One of the main things I am seriously considering are a couple of book ideas, one being about making money working online. There are indeed so many ways to make money working online, even to make a living. The idea for the other book is how to survive and live frugally in a recession. It’s amazing at the number of people who don’t know how to live on less but still live just fine.

Perhaps in the near future I will take the time to work on these two book ideas. But for now, BlondieWrites is going to partake of some yummy juice and a oh so hot buttered biscuit and call it breakfast.
